COPIA…on the Boulevard Welcomes you to host your Private Parties in our intimate and inviting venue. We offer celebration of life and wedding rehearsal dinner packages to simplify your event. This unique and intimate 1200 sq. ft. facility offers comfortable table seating with Captain’s chairs for up to 34 guests. The French doors to the outdoor patio add to the ambiance of this welcoming environment. Outdoor tables and chairs for 8 guests. Teak benches and red umbrellas add to the festive mood.

Copia custom catering pricing is based on your number of guests and menu choices.
Pricing:
Package 1: $500
- 4 hour of venue use
- Water station
- Floral centerpiece
Add- Ons:
- Add $3. per person for coffee/tea service
- Add $15. per person for dessert and coffee/tea service
- Table floral vases start at $15. per vase
Self-catering Option 1: add $150
- Client provides food, party plates, glasses, cutlery and is responsible for service and cleanup
- Use of underbar fridge & handsink
- Chargers for tables provided
Self-catering Option 2: add $250
- Client provides food, Copia staff will oversee the buffet, strike the food, and pack up the leftovers
- This option includes table settings, chargers and cleanup
Lunch package $700
- 3 hours of venue up to 15 guests, additional guests $30. pp
- Choice of Signature soup, Croissant sandwich, Organic salad or Taco Salad Bar

Catering: Our catering manager will work with you to create a signature menu for your special event based on your preferences and budget.
Floral arrangements: We offer floral centerpieces and table vases created in-house.
Piano: Our 1908 Adams upright is available for those who play piano or musicians that you hire for your event.
Music: We have a large selection of music from Jazz, R&B, Standards, Classical, Rock or bring your own playlist for Bluetooth access.
Holiday events: The winter holiday season is decorated with seasonal greenery, lights and a Christmas tree. Sit by the fireplace and enjoy delicous holiday foods, the ambiance, and the company of your guests.
